Happy Valentine's Day!

Triangle Offense Releases Valentine's Day Gift

Jersey City based electrohop trio Triangle Offense ("TO") released a Valentine's Day gift for their fans in the form of a music video for their remix of Ryan Leslie's "Valentine." The TO team went the extra mile for this remix by completely reproducing the R. Les original while adding their own synth and guitar accents. Group member Sci shows his versatility by smoothly singing the chorus before his partner Bry drops a clever and relatable verse.

The video was announced via the group's Twitter and Facebook with a message encouraging listeners to 'share it with their girl, side piece, "friend," etc.' Sci tweets, "today is a day to let your pride go and show someone how much you love and appreciate them. With no risk comes no reward. Love will always conquer if you let it. Happy Valentine's Day!"

The song also serves as a hint of things to come with the group who is promoting their next mixtape appropriately titled "The First Love." The group released a music video for their lead single "It's All Good (TO's Diner)" last fall before a college tour kicked off with a performance at KollabNY.

The mp3 for the remix is available for free download on their website at www.triangle-offense.com/Triangle_Offense-Valentine.zip.

[EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW] RONNIE ICON

1.) Your name, what you are called, and/or alias?

Ronnie Icon, although Ronnie Scholtes is my real name.

2.) Where you are from, where you are active?

I'm from The Netherlands, and I'm mostly active on Youtube. It's my way of being international. :)

3.) What age did you start?

I started writing songs when I was about 10 years old, but I didn't go to music college until my 22nd. I started my Youtube channel early 2015.

4.) What's your inspiration?

Anything K-pop, really. Before I found out about K-pop, I'd been drawn to American pop artists like Jesse McCartney, but also artists like Bjork. Then I came across K-pop and my entire field of reference changed. I first got into EXO, but gradually I started learning all about other artists as well.

5.) What's your style?

K-pop inspired songs, remixes and covers. I like to think that, as a European based, K-pop inspired artist, I blend a little of both worlds. An EDM inspired sound mixed with the pop music I now listen…
